1.5 Who has access to your data
Your data may be shared with:
- Our technical providers: hosting (VPS via Plesk), CDN/security (Cloudflare, Inc.)
- HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.), our customer relationship management (CRM) tool, for commercial follow-up of your request
- SendGrid (Twilio SendGrid), our email delivery provider, for sending our communications (replies, confirmations, newsletters)
- Our audience measurement tools, only if you have consented to analytics cookies
- Competent authorities, where required by law
We never sell your data to third parties.
1.6 Transfers of data outside Tunisia
Some of our providers (e.g. Cloudflare, HubSpot, SendGrid) may process data outside Tunisia. In that case, we ensure that the destination country offers an adequate level of protection or that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place, in accordance with applicable Tunisian regulations.

In accordance with applicable Tunisian legislation on personal data protection, as well as applicable international regulations where relevant (GDPR for European visitors), you have the following rights over your data:
